Playlist Thursday - Rock It Out

So, I finally mustered up the nerve to ask Pavey how to figure out the upcoming Thursday Playlist so that I can participate! I am music lover of all kinds and I've been meaning to start linking up with my west coast bud Pavement Runner for quite some time now!

For January 24th - the theme is Rock Songs!

Here are the rules:

Something Old: Songs that are at least 5 years old. (I know that isn’t too long to be considered old, but music turnover happens quickly.)
Something Current: Songs that have been released within the past year.
Something to Consider: This is the wild card category. Feel free to list any song: old, current, guilty pleasure, underground, whatever.

Side Note: I can totally relate to the meaning of this song. On a couple of occasions I've "taken it to the limit", although those experiences didn't work out, there was that one more time that it did.

Artist: All That Remains
Title: Stand Up
Side Note: A song I can hear crossing the line of a super hard race or when hitting a huge goal. This song makes me want to flip the bird to those who may have doubted me or brought me down.! ;)

Side Note: What else is cooler than a female led rock band? She's straight up badass.
